Cambridge firefighters called to Puslinch Fire

PUSLINCH – Cambridge firefighters were called to a Puslinch Township residence when a homeowner’s tree cutting scheme went wrong.

Last Thursday (June 4) at 11:30 a.m. city firefighters were called to 9 Birch Trail on the outskirts of Cambridge where they found a tree, cut by the homeowner, had fallen onto the hydro lines, causing electricity to arc between the power lines and set the tree on fire….
