Multiple Drug Charges In Puslinch Including Trafficking and Possession

Drug Trafficking

On March 4, 2016 at approximately 1:10 a.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers stopped a 2010 Cadillac for a traffic violation on Queen Street, Puslinch Township.

Police spoke with the male driver and located suspected marijuana. He was arrested and during the investigation Police located suspected cocaine along with items related to drug trafficking.

26-year-old Kyle HARRIS of Waterloo has been charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Marijuana Under 3 kg and Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Cocaine contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on April 5, 2016.

Possession of Marijuana

On March 3, 2016 at approximately 10:10 p.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were conducting a R.I.D.E. program at Gore Road and Townline Road, Puslinch Township.

Police spoke with the male driver of a 2002 Audi and detected suspected marijuana. He was arrested released with a court date at the scene.

30-year-old Cordell WATSON of Cambridge has been charged with Possession of Marijuana Under 30 Grams contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on April 22, 2016.
