A Celebration of Life: Robert “Peter” Parks

Peter Parks, age 80, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Sunday, March 19, 2017.

Those who knew Peter will remember his bright blue eyes, charming smile and entertaining stories. Peter loved being surrounded by water, raised on the lake at family owned Barber’s Beach and in later years moving to Kincardine.

Peter will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered by his son Peter Parks (Laura), daughters Jayne Weber (Laurent), Sandy Gibson (Kenny), and Lisa Parks, sister Judy Seifert, sister-in-law Glenna Seifert, grandchildren Joshua, Jaime, Brayden, Cameron, Cody, Sabrina, and Andrew, and his great-grandchildren Ella and Brody. Peter was sadly predeceased by his son Scott Parks (1994), and his brother John Seifert (2016).

As per his wishes, cremation has taken place, and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. We, the family, would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the entire staff of Stirling Heights for the amazing care and compassion they showed to Peter. We appreciate all that you do, and cannot thank you enough.
