Fire Destroys Barn In Puslinch – Firefighters Currently On Scene

Update 12:35pm:

There were no animals in the barn. The barn did store older vehicles and equipment. The fire has since been brought under control and County Road 36 has been reopened. Puslinch Fire and Rescue remain at scene to monitor. The fire is not considered to be suspicious.

Today at approximately 10:00 a.m., members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a barn fire located on 7697 County Road 36, Township of Puslinch. Fire Departments were on scene at a fully engulfed barn fire.

Currently firefighters from Guelph-Eramosa Fire Department, Puslinch Fire and Rescue Services, Guelph Fire Department and Milton Fire Department remain on scene battling the blaze.

County Road 36 remains closed between Victoria Road and Watson Road at this time while fire crews continue to battle the blaze.
