Parking to be restricted on Victoria Street in Morriston

Puslinch Township council plans to restrict parking on a portion of Victoria Street in Morriston.

On Oct. 4, councillors reviewed a letter from Tracy Kainz outlining concerns over parking on Victoria Street.

Kainz asked if a “no parking” sign could be placed on the east side of the road near her home.

“I reside at 16 Victoria Street and have a fairly steep driveway. This is also one of the century homes on the street and my driveway is quite narrow and close to my neighbour’s property.”

She stated that guests of new neighbours are parking in the area, making it difficult to access her driveway from what is already a narrow street.
