Was That Elvis Or Santa’s Helper?

On Wednesday, Dec. 6th it was a full house for the annual Senior’s Luncheon at the Puslinch Community Center. This time it was a catered lunch provided by Mount Carmel United Church. We were all delighted by the taste of chicken, mashed potatoes, turnip and all the other fixings at this sit down meal. As you can see on the happy faces in the pictures there was much laughter, singing and chatter amongst the guests.

Mary Beth, Chris and Debbie (with help from Melissa not shown) gave away a multitude of door prizes. As with any function there is always lots of help needed especially in a busy kitchen. A meal is always better when you don’t have to do the dishes.

What a treat it was to have Michael entertain everyone with his soft ballad like voice. He sang a variety of Christmas songs and old Elvis favourites with his side kicks playing piano and guitar.

Jean was delighted to win the big door prize. Looking forward to seeing everyone the first Wednesday of April in 2018.
