CSBA Award of Merit Goes To Bill Crow

President Dave Vandenbroek welcomed members and guests to the Annual Meeting of the Canadian Swine Breeders Association. There were 151,800 individual purebred swine registered in 2015, the highest number ever recorded in Canada.

There were 17,363 litters registered. The most registered breeds were the Yorkshire, Landrace and Duroc, with Berkshire, Large Black, Tamworth and Hampshire also registered. Genesus Inc., located in Manitoba, registered the most purebred swine.

Vandenbroek presented William M. Crow, Ardyne Farm, with the Award of Merit.
