Charges Laid In Puslinch Robbery

On January 25, 2020 at approximately 11:20 p.m. the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a robbery that just occurred at a business located on Brock Road south just north of Highway 401 in the Township of Puslinch.

It was reported that two persons, with their faces concealed, entered the store and threatened the employee while demanding cash. The suspects stole a quantity of cash and cigarettes prior to fleeing the business on foot.

The incident was captured by the security camera on the property.

On January 26, 2020 another policing organization arrested a number of suspects that were involved in a similar robbery, with two of the suspects matching the description of those that were involved in the Puslinch incident.

As a result of the investigation, Hasan HASSAN, 18-years-old of Etobicoke and Dahir KHEYRE, 19-years-old of Brampton have been charged with Robbery with Intent and Disguise with Intent contrary to the Criminal Code. They will appear in the Ontario court of justice – Guelph on March 3, 2020 to answer to the charges.
