Tundra Swans At Valens Lake

This past week, the big migratory push of the tundra swans began. Estimates are that close to 10,000 swans have passed over, already. There are, approximately, 200 swans resting and feeding at Valens Lake, on the other side of the bridge. It is amazing to behold. Quite different than last year is the chattiness of this group. Constant chatter!

Check it out, immediately. They have already rested 1 full day and could leave shortly.
