OPP Investigation Concluded – shots fired near soccer field

ABERFOYLE – Police have concluded their investigation after gun shots were fired and witnesses say “multiple projectiles … whistled through” a local soccer field last week.

On June 4 at about 6:56pm Wellington County OPP received a call regarding multiple gunshots heard at the Puslinch Community Centre soccer fields located on Brock Road in Aberfoyle, while children were playing.

“Almost immediately afterwards, multiple projectiles were reported to have whistled through the field,” states a Puslinch Minor Soccer Club (PMSC) executive message…
