Puslinch Kodiaks Fastball June 22nd

This week was another great week for the Kodiaks.

They played at home vs. the Jordan Jays. The Kodiaks defeated the Jays 8-1 in 5 innings. Mike Haines was the winning pitcher throwing all 5 innings while adding 6 strikeouts to his season total in the process. Highlights from the plate include JJ Gallo going 2–3 with a HR and 4 RBI’s.

On Thursday, the Kodiaks then travelled 20 minutes south to play the Waterdown Hammer. This game was played in Millgrove. The Kodiaks got off to a quick start with a 2-run HR from David Jefferson in the first. David finished his day 4-4 with 4 RBI’s. Brian Jefferson went 3-4 with 2 RBI’s and JJ Gallo hit his second HR of the week.

David Jefferson was also the winning pitcher throwing 5 scoreless innings on the way to the Kodiaks 12-0 win.

The Kodiaks play again at home this week on Tuesday in Aberfoyle vs. the Mississauga Arrows. This should be a great game as these 2 teams are placed second and third in the standings.
