Youth Job Training: Intro to Customer Service Excellence

July 7th from 1:30pm – 4:30pm

This 2-part (workshop and co-op) experience will equip you with the ins and outs of customer service.

After a 3 hour information-packed session, you will need to spend a minimum of 5 hours with a local business practicing what you have learned. Don’t worry, we’ve got the connections!

Once these requirements have been met, you will receive a recognized WWCFDC Introduction to Customer Service Certificate.

We want to help you enhance your resume, make business connections, and prepare yourself for a job.

Learn must-have skills such as:

• carry yourself professionally
• problem solve quickly
• work with difficult people
• maintain customer relationships
• read people’s emotions

July 14th from 1:30pm – 4:30pm

This is the second 2-part (workshop and co-op) job training course we are offering this month.

After a 3 hour in-class workshop you will have to complete a minimum of 5 hours co-oping with one of our local businesses to practice what you have learned.

Once these requirements have been met, you will receive a recognized WWCFDC Introduction to Selling Certificate.

Our goal? To equip you with the skills, and a certificate to prove, so you can be a preferred candidate when job hunting.

In this workshop, you will learn:

• the selling process
• the different types of customers
• the importance of knowing your product
• useful skills to have in sales
