ABERFOYLE – Puslinch councillor John Sepulis recently questioned a monitoring report update from a gravel company – considering the well was frozen.

On Feb. 1, council reviewed a Jan. 13 report from Dufferin Aggregates regarding its Mill Creek Pit, License 5738. No “exceedances” were noted.

Sepulis said, “It is good there were no exceedances … when the well was frozen over.” As such he had concern with the report and asked the township to inquire about reports being sent when the well is frozen.
