Driver In Puslinch Faces Multiple Charges

On March 30, 2018 at approximately 6:00 p.m. the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped the driver of a black truck for a seat belt violation on Brock Road South, Aberfoyle.

Investigations revealed that the driver of the vehicle was suspended for unpaid fines, could not provide proof of insurance and was driving with expired license plates.

32-year-old Jonathan William Martin LIATSIS of Hamilton has been charged with Suspended Driving, Driving without insurance, No Seatbelt and no Validation on Plates. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Provincial Court on May 16, 2018.
