Puslinch council met this week to decide how to proceed after a group of residents filed a judicial review of the township’s decision to keep the controversial Swastika Trail name.

Following a closed meeting of council on Wednesday, Mayor Dennis Lever issued the following statement:

“An application for judicial review has been filed and served on the township,” he said. “The applicant is required to perfect the application and as a result the township is taking no further action at this time.”
