LAW, Elva Joan Roelofson – Of Moffat, Ontario, passed away on Friday, January 18th, 2019, at the age of 89.

Predeceased by her husband William Kenneth Law (2012), son John “Jack” (d. 1968), grandson Brian Law (d. 1999), parents Harvey Russell and Vera Fern (Smith) Roelofson and sister Ida Harvey Law.
Survived by children: Douglas, Elizabeth “Betty” (Harvey Allan), David (Layah), Russell (Susan Patton), Vera (Gregory Brooks), Jane (Hogarthe Browne), Anne (Stephen Hurst), Nancy (Stuart McKeown), grandchildren: Donna (Gregory Bartlett), Jeffrey Allan (Lindsey), David “Davey” Law, Rebekha “Becky” Law, David Corso (Jen Dobbin), Philip Law, Katherine Law, Elizabeth Law, Sean Law, Nicholas Brooks, Laura Brooks, William Brooks, Danielle Browne, Kimberly Browne, Alexander Hurst, Taylor Hurst, Stephanie Hurst, Mattias Law, Thomas McKeown, great grandchildren: Brandon Bartlett, Madison Bartlett, Brock Bartlett, Travis Allan, Breanna Allan, and Christian Corso.

Funeral service at Duff’s Presbyterian Church, 319 Brock Road South, Guelph, on Saturday, January 26th at 2:00 pm. Reception to follow in Nanson Hall.

A tree will be planted in memory of E. Joan Law in the Wall-Custance Memorial Forest, University of Guelph Arboretum. Dedication service, Sunday, September 15, 2019 at 2:30 pm.
