College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario break rules to tell public of the investigation

The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario is investigating a Guelph doctor over allegations he placed a camera in the employee washroom of his former practice.

Dr. Fady Ghaly currently has a family practice at the Arkell Walk-in Clinic and Pharmacy at 403 Arkell Rd.

In 2017, Peel Regional Police charged Ghaly with two counts of voyeurism after two women alleged he placed cameras in the employee washroom at the former Cawthra Medical Clinic in Mississauga…
