Puslinch Has Highest Residential Property Values In Wellington County

In three of four property value categories, Minto has the lowest average property values in the county and Puslinch has the highest.

At the county level, the average single family detached dwelling is $448,488. It is lowest in Minto at $248,679 and highest in Puslinch at $700,495.

The data was contained in the County of Wellington’s 2023 Average Property Assessment Values report to the administration, finance and human resources committee this week.
