PUSLINCH — One man is dead after his car fell on him Wednesday while it was up on jacks at his home in Puslinch.

Police arrived just after 11:30 a.m. at a residence on Concession 4 to find a male resident trapped under his car, a Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police news release states.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene.

An investigation determined that the car had been up on jacks when it fell, crushing him underneath.
