On February 2, 2016 at approximately 2:23 a.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers stopped a 2001 Acura on Brock Road South, Puslinch Township.

While speaking with the male driver, police located and seized suspected marijuana. He was arrested and police also discovered that he was a suspended driver and on probation.

50-year-old Klaus MASSINGER of Burlington has been charged with Possession of Marijuana Under 30 Grams contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, Drive While Under Suspension contrary to the Highway Traffic Act and Failing to Comply with a Probation Order contrary to the Criminal Code. He is to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on March 11, 2016.
