Acupuncturist faces 12 more charges including sexual assault, forcible confinement: Guelph police

Twelve more charges of sexual assault have been laid against a Guelph acupuncturist after a significant investigation into his conduct at two clinics.

In October 2017, Guelph Police Service began investigating allegations against a traditional Chinese medicine practitioner.

Later that month, a 58-year-old man was charged with sexual assault for an alleged incident involving a patient.

Since then, police have laid a total of 36 charges against the man, including sexual assault, assault with a weapon and uttering death threats…
