For those who don’t know, dinner club is often described as an “un-restaurant.” One talented chef, 10 to 12 people sitting in his dining room and a fixed menu of whatever the chef decides he wants to make.
Cassoulet chef Greg Hubbard operates a catering and private dining business out of his home in Aberfoyle.
We started off in the big room tastefully decorated in modern country style complete with two couches, a couple of armchairs, a very large fireplace and introductory conversations to our fellow diners.
