The first dinner in a series called Wellington Cooks will be launched at Enver’s on July 24 and 25. This new venture will feature the talent within our region; chefs and purveyors, with the passion these local foodies have nurtured over the years together.
The menu is Farm to Fork and will celebrate the bounty of Wellington County’s summer season, as well as feature The Fat Duck and Trotters Butcher Shop.
The evening will start with charcuterie and cocktails and continue with a five course dinner accompanied by wine and beer pairings upon request. Price is $80/person, for reservations email
