Chef’s Showcase: Yummy Recipe For Garlic Scapes
Ever wonder what to do with garlic scapes? Here’s a delicious and easy recipe from Chef Craig Moore of Enver’s.
Chinese Garlic Scapes
- 3 lbs garlic scapes
- 1 lb button mushrooms
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp chili-garlic sauce
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- ¼ cup chicken stock
Blanch garlic scapes. Saute all ingredients (except stock). Add chicken stock and serve on basmati rice.
As a special bonus we are also told that this recipe also works well with bok choy! Enjoy!
